Joanne Haner, Senior Staffer
Joanne is a Medill junior from Broward County, Florida pursuing a double major in journalism and data science, as well as a marketing certificate. At the Daily, Joanne has previously served as digital managing editor, diversity & inclusion chair, multimedia editor, assistant video editor, photo editor and more. When she’s not taking photos, you can catch her rooting for the Miami Heat or going to a nearby concert (possibly with a photo pass). Outside of the Daily, Joanne is a part of Dale Duro Latin Dance Company, Hazze Media, WNUR’s Media Team, and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. You can reach her via email or Twitter.
