The Chicago Union ultimate frisbee team fell 24-20 to the Indianapolis AlleyCats at home Sunday evening. Despite trailing by multiple goals for most of the first half, the Union mounted a comeback at Evanston Township High School’s Lazier Field, tying the game at 16-16 near the end of the third quarter. However, the AlleyCats scored four unanswered goals in the fourth quarter to seal their victory. Chicago’s Benjamin Preiss led all players with a season-high seven goals. The Union face the New York Empire at home on Friday.
