This collection is a visual journey through the heart and soul of Northwestern and the city of Chicago over the past four years. Here, I’ve gathered some of my favorite moments, from the classic campus scenes and the beauty of each changing season to unforgettable memories shared with friends.

An empty hallway in the Technological Institute with brick-accented walls, fluorescent overhead lighting, and a polished, reflective tiled floor leading toward double doors at the far end.

A winter scene on Northwestern lakefill showing a snow-covered shoreline lined with bare trees and black lampposts, viewed across a calm body of water.
A peaceful winter blanket settles over the lakefill, a quiet monochrome landscape where I spent countless afternoons seeking clarity away from the screen. (Eugenia Cao/The Daily Northwestern)
A symmetrical, low-angle view looking down elevated CTA train tracks in the Chicago Loop, framed by city buildings, leading toward the towering Trump Tower under a clear sky.
Weekend explorations of Chicago brought us directly under the shadows of the Loop, looking up at the high-stakes concrete geometry that always promised a broader world beyond campus. (Eugenia Cao/The Daily Northwestern )
A Northwestern men's soccer player wearing a purple jersey controls a soccer ball on a sunny grass field, with another player in yellow behind him and the Chicago skyline blurred in the distance.
