Football: Meet the Wildcats’ 2013 recruiting class
February 6, 2013
Northwestern added 21 players Wednesday on National Signing Day.
“We as a staff are confident we’ve signed a group of young men who are tremendous fits for our program athletically, academically and socially,” head coach Pat Fitzgerald said. “These 21 individuals are joining a program with a lot of momentum and I look forward to the contributions they’ll make toward helping us achieve our goals in years to come.”
The 19 scholarship players and two walk-ons will replace the winningest class in school history and attempt to carry forward the momentum from the school’s first bowl win in 64 years.
The Daily’s John Paschall watched the tape on the newest Wildcats and broke down their strengths and weaknesses.
