Evanston middle school student attacks classmate
A 13-year-old girl attacked a classmate Wednesday at Nichols Middle School, Evanston Police Cmdr. Jay Parrott said.
The 13-year-old girl pulled the hair of another female student and hit her in the chest at the school, 800 Greenleaf St., Parrott said. The other female student, a 12-year-old girl, struck back.
The mother of the 12-year-old girl called police after the attack, Parrott said.
