I don’t usually go for vegetarian cuisine when eating out, but Blind Faith Café hit the mark for me. When I went for lunch, I ordered their Thai peanut noodles — a delightful blend of vegetables, crispy tofu cubes and noodles tossed in a spicy peanut sauce that left me wanting more with every bite.
Blind Faith Café offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
