Evanston Police find nearly 150 grams of marijuana in Skokie home

Evanston Police arrested two Skokie residents Monday afternoon after finding nearly 150 grams of marijuana in their house.

At about 3:40 p.m., EPD investigators raided the residence of Paul House, 29, and Justin Lamerdin, 23, in the 8700 block of North Trumbull Avenue. Police said they discovered about 147 grams of marijuana at the home, which is about two blocks west of Skokie’s border with west Evanston.

Both men were charged with possession of cannabis. House was also charged with possession of cannabis with intent to delivery.

House is scheduled to appear in court May 24 and Lamerdin on May 3.
