It is not clear how the wheels were removed, and there is no suspect in the case, Polinski said.
Woman steals Pepsi from CVS, told by police to never return
A store manager caught an Evanston woman shoplifting from CVS Pharmacy, 101 Asbury Ave., on Thursday evening, Polinski said.
The manager stopped a woman taking a one-liter bottle of Pepsi and reported the incident to police.
In lieu of filing a complaint, the manager asked police to tell the women to not return to the store, Polinski said.
