Someone took a student’s cell phone Friday after he left it unguarded in the Norris University Center Game Room, police said.
The student put his Samsung phone on the floor by a chair at 6:30 p.m. and went to play games, University Police Deputy Chief Dan McAleer said. When he returned at 9 p.m., the phone was gone.
The student’s father has canceled service to his phone, McAleer said. Because the phone had no tracking capabilities, police have no leads.
