A member of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights will give a presentation on immigration history, myths, policy and political manipulation Thursday at 7 p.m.
The presentation will take place in the Community Meeting Room of the Evanston Public Library, 1703 Orrington Ave.
