Jockey hosts underwear dodgeball tournament for cancer

College students can take off their clothes and get their game on this weekend.

Jockey hopes to draw at least 1,200 men and women to play dodgeball in their underwear Saturday morning. The game will take place at 9 a.m. at the Windy City Fieldhouse, 2367 W. Logan Blvd., in Chicago, according to the company’s Facebook page.

The company aims to break the Guinness World Record of 1,198 participants in a dodgeball game to celebrate the release of its new men’s Sport Performance collection. Participants will receive a free pair of Jockey briefs, which they must wear. Whether the players don additional clothing is up to them.

In honor of Prostate Cancer Awareness month, Jockey will also donate up to $10,000 to the Prostate Cancer Foundation. It plans to donate $5 for every player who attends. The company aims to find “a cure for cancer below the waist,” according to the Facebook page.
