Local resident Charlotte Wagner smells herbs in the new Hulda B. and Maurice L. Rothschild Garden at the Levy Senior Activity Center, 300 Dodge Ave. The center has a new garden club, led by representative from the Chicago Botanic Garden, which meets Mondays and Wednesdays.
