A new coffee shop will open in the next few weeks at the former location of popular student hangout Cafe Ambrosia.
Construction is underway for Enigma Cafe at 1620 Orrington Ave., former home of Ambrosia, which closed in March.
The new store will open by June 15, said owner Ted Angelo.
“I thought the students needed a place to hang and do homework and use the Internet and eat and drink coffee,” he said. “It’ll be kind of chill and relaxed.”
