The Daily won four Gold Circle Awards for photography and design from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.
Medill junior Lauren Pond won a first place certificate in the category of feature photograph portfolio of work for newspapers. Weinberg junior Nick Infusino received a second place certificate in the category.
Medill senior Lindsay Minnema and Medill sophomore Jessica Cheng won a first-place certificate for tabloid news front page design.
The Daily also received a certificate of merit in the overall newspaper design category.
The CSPA is affiliated with the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University in New York.
