I’m a junior history major in Weinberg. Born and bred in The Bronx, of Haitian and Jewish extraction (no one ever guesses right), My main interests are politics, tennis and Keeping Up with the Kardashians. I was born two weeks early and have been late for everything ever since. On campus, I am an active member of the Political Union.
However, inspired by the exploits of former South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, I am currently studying abroad in Argentina. I think I timed my departure very well because I arrived in Buenos Aires just before the debt ceiling fiasco, Hurricane Irene, and Lady Gaga’s performance at the VMAs. My favorite book is Aesop’s Fables and my favorite TV show is Curb Your Enthusiasm. Although I am not meticulously planning out the rest of my life (unlike, apparently, everyone else at this school) I intend to seize major political power at some point or another. Life’s too short not to.
