Weiner and three others were inside the building with the drugs. Police took Weiner into custody and released the others without charges.
Police said they found what appears to be two grams of MDMA powder, 106 ecstasy pills, 85.7 grams of cannabis, 0.1 grams of LSD and 6.1 grams of psilocybin.
