Northwestern will host a dialogue between Evanston residents and members of the NU community including representatives of Student Affairs, Community Relations and University Police on Tuesday, Nov. 16. Refreshments will be served at the meeting, which will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Seabury Library, 600 Haven St.
