The driver of the car that hit a Northwestern employee on Sheridan Rd. last week will not be charged with a crime, police announced yesterday.
Evanston police made the determination that a crime had not been committed in consultation with the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force’s crash-assistance team.
The woman, who was hit by a car going between 25 and 30 mph, remained on life support and in critical condition as of Monday morning.
