Man trespasses into PARC, witness says

A suspicious person allegedly trespassed by entering the Public Affairs Residential College on Sunday, said Assistant Chief Dan McAleer of University Police.A witness told police that a black male standing 5 feet 8 inches tall entered the building between 12:55 p.m. and 1:20 p.m., McAleer said.
