Iraq is “the single greatest strategic blunder in the history of American foreign policy,” Samantha Power, a professor of human rights practice at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, said Monday.
The comment provoked scattered applause from the audience of more than 200 people in Harris Hall 107.
