An unidentified man was seen in a women’s bathroom in Allison Hall on Tuesday, police said.
This is the second incident involving a male intruder in Allison in the past week, said Assistant Chief Daniel McAleer of University Police.
When an Allison resident saw the man in the bathroom at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, she alerted her resident assistant. The RA followed the man to the second floor and asked him why he was there, McAleer said. The RA said she escorted the man from the building.
She couldn’t identify the intruder in a police line-up of men who matched the description she gave, McAleer said. The man was described as 6-foot, 200 pounds, wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt and blue pajama pants.
Another intruder was reported April 8 at about 2 a.m., McAleer said. A man in the hall exited the floor after noticing a female resident looking at him, McAleer said. The resident told an RA about the incident, McAleer said, and a few minutes later they saw the man trying to re-enter the floor.
The man left again when the RA tried to accost him, McAleer said. The man was described as being in his mid-20s, and wearing a dark jacket, gray hat and a dark scarf.
In May 2004 a man entered the fourth-floor women’s bathroom in Allison at about 9 a.m. and opened the shower curtain on a student. The woman described the man as a thin, 6-foot male aged 25-30 with short head hair and no facial hair.
