Button Bakery has a wide selection of breads, ranging from French baguettes to cranberry walnut bread. The Bavarian pretzel is by far a standout. It is carefully salted and has a perfectly soft center. Customers will have to arrive early to get their hands on one, as they tend to sell out by the afternoon.
The pastry section offers fudge brownies that are a chocolate lover’s dream. Garnished with powdered sugar, the brownie’s crust is satisfyingly crunchy and its insides are perfectly cakey.
A fan favorite is the button cookie, which cleverly calls back to the bakery’s name. The cookie is iced to look like a real button and decorated with different colors of frosting, ranging from blue to pink.
Button Bakery offers a welcoming, cozy environment. When inside, it feels like a warming, family-owned business. One cannot help but feel at home as they savor a delectable treat.
