Northwestern women’s basketball fell to Kansas 74-62 Wednesday, suffering its second loss of the season. Despite ending the first quarter with a 10-point lead, the Wildcats (6-2, 0-0 Big Ten) allowed the Jayhawks (7-2, 0-0 Big 12) to overtake them with an eight-point run to start the second half. NU put up a close fight, led by senior forward Grace Sullivan’s 24 points and sophomore forward Tayla Thomas’ 11 rebounds.
