Delivery driver robbed at knifepoint near Evanston Township High School

A 22-year-old man was arrested Monday evening in connection with robbing a delivery driver at knifepoint one block from Evanston Township High School, police said.
The 54-year-old male delivery driver from a Chicago restaurant was delivering food at about 6 p.m. to a residence in the 1700 block of Darrow Avenue, when two male individuals approached him. The driver told police that one individual put a knife to his neck while the other took the bag of food from him.
Police stopped a 22-year-old man in the 1700 block of Lyons Street, a block from the incident. The driver later identified the 22-year-old as the man who removed the food from his hand. The 22-year-old Maywood resident was charged with a felony for armed robbery.
Police have yet to locate the other person involved in the robbery.
