A Northwestern staff member reported four camera lenses stolen from University Library on the afternoon of Monday, June 29.

The lenses, valued at $4,850 total, were stolen from office space within the library between June 23 at 5 p.m. and June 24 at 10 a.m., University Police Emergency Services Cmdr. Shaun Johnson said.

A member of the library’s digital media lab staff discovered the theft. The lenses were the property of the University, Johnson said. UP does not have any suspect information.
