An armed robber brandished a handgun and tied up a Diadem Jewelers employee before looting the jewelry store’s display case Tuesday night, according to an Evanston Police Department press release.
EPD officials recently released security tapes of the offender, who is described as a 6-foot-tall, 30-year-old black male weighing approximately 250 lbs.
