Singing and spoken word will echo through the halls of the Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, 1655 Foster St., address changed from “300 Dodge Ave.” as stated on Saturday night.
Admission to the center’s Family Karaoke and Poetry Slam will cost $5 per family, no matter how many members the family includes. A pizza slice and soft drink combo will be available for $1.50.
The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Phat Katz Karaoke will provide the karaoke music.
