Evanston residents have until Thursday to vote on which of seven District 65 schools painted the best snowplow this year.
The city’s Streets and Sanitation Division invited students and teachers to decorate the plows with scenes related to holiday, winter, school or city spirit, according to a city news release. The finished plows are parked in front of the Evanston Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. Residents can vote by visiting cityofevanston.org or dialing 847-866-2940.
