The city of Evanston, Ald. Ann Rainey (8th) and Concierge Asset Management will be hosting a re-opening ceremony for the 415 Premier Apartments, 415 Howard St., on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will include food, entertainment, complimentary valet parking and a hosted bar.
