A man was arrested Wednesday morning for delivering a controlled substance, Evanston police said.
The arrest of Sean Logan at 5600 Old Orchard Court was part of “Operation Hard Swipe,” an ongoing campaign by EPD that aims to crack down on drugs in Evanston, Guenther said.
