An e-mail sent Tuesday afternoon from Ryan Reinhart, assistant director of University Residential Life, to all Northwestern students living in university housing:

To thank you for your patience as the laundry issues get resolved, starting tonight the machines in your building will offer free laundry through the end of next week. In the very near future, you can expect an update that will highlight some of the new features that will be in place once the transition is done.

If you encounter any problems with the laundry machines or readers, or if you have questions that are still unresolved, please contact housing-operations@northwestern.edu.
