The Medill School of Journalism will offer new classes in networked journalism and reporting on immigration with money from the Carnegie Corporation and the Knight Foundation. Medill is one of several schools around the country to receive funding as part of an $11-million, three-year initiative. Grant money awarded in the previous funding cycle went to support classes about the press and the military.
