Two men were arrested Monday for fistfighting in the dining area of a Burger King branch, 1740 Orrington Ave., Elliot said.
Management at the fast food chain called Evanston Police at about 3 a.m. and reported that the men were scuffling and wrestling in the main dining area, as well as striking windows although not breaking them, Elliot said.
Evanston resident Darius Morales, 17, and Chicago resident Able Isayas Kefleyonas, 22, were taken into custody and charged with disturbing the peace, according to Elliot. Both men were released after posting bond, Elliot said. Trial dates for both men are on August 10.
