Are you ready to Go Go Organic?
To increase its offerings, the Northwestern University Food Service has started carrying a line of on-the-go organic products.
“There were many requests from students for more vegetarian, vegan and organic options,” said Anne VanOsdol, associate director of food service operations at NU. “The introduction of Go Go Organics is a step towards satisfying those needs.”
Go Go Organics is a Chicago-based company founded by chef Greg Christian. The company’s philosophy is based on creating healthy, organic food options for busy people.
