When Weinberg senior Paul Karagiannis went looking for off-campus housing in the middle of a cold Evanston winter two years ago, he wasn’t really thinking about air conditioning.
But when summer rolled around, Karagiannis — who still lives in the house on Sherman Avenue that he found that winter — said it would have been nice to find a home with a built-in way to beat the heat.
“Evanston summers get very humid,” he said. “But the big understanding in going off-campus is it is college housing.
