Ald. Melissa Wynne (3rd) cuts the ribbon at the rededication of a park at the Hinman Avenue Tot Lot, located at 614 Hinman Ave. Wynne and community residents gathered for festivities Sunday afternoon. The ceremony was a celebration of recent improvements to the park, and included refreshments and several rounds of children’s games.
