Living legend Bob Dylan will perform Oct. 31 at McGaw Hall’s Welsh-Ryan Arena, according to the Bob Dates Web site (www.execpc. com/~billp61/dates.html).
The Web site — maintained by a Dylan fan but linked from Bob Dylan’s official site — lists the concert as “unconfirmed,” which the site defines as a show under consideration by management. In most cases, contracts for these shows have not been signed, and they may or may not happen, the site says.
Neither A&O Productions nor Dylan’s official Web site (www.bobdylan.com) have confirmed the Evanston concert date, but tickets go on sale Friday for an Oct. 29 concert at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, according to the Bob Dates Web site.
Dylan has been on a European tour since mid-September. He previously played McGaw Hall’s Welsh-Ryan Arena on Nov. 4, 1991.
