Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson will be coming to Northwestern as A&O Productions’ winter speaker, the organization announced Friday.

Davidson, who is one the youngest members of Saturday Night Live’s cast, will hold his talk at Ryan Auditorium Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. Davidson has been recognized as one of Forbes’ “30 Under 30” in 2016. His upcoming projects include Netflix’s Mötley Crüe biopic “The Dirt,” the independent film “Big Time Adolescence” and Paramount Players’ “What Men Want.”

A&O chose Davidson as the upcoming speaker because of his “signature comedic charm,” Katie Adler, director of speakers, said in an email.

“We chose Pete Davidson because he’s a talented comedian whose popularity has greatly increased this year,” she said. “We’re confident he’ll put on a great show for the Northwestern community.”

To make the event more accessible, an ASL interpreter will be present at the event. A&O will also provide accessibility seating upon request. Tickets are $5 and will be available at the Norris Box Office website.
