Evanston/Skokie School District 65 has announced that all schools and centers will be closed Thursday, Feb. 19, due to extreme cold weather conditions.

The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory that will remain in effect until noon Thursday. The NWS predicted wind chill values of 20 to 30 degrees below zero.

As of 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, Evanston Township High School has not announced any plans to close.
