Firefighters extinguished a fire in a lab on the ground floor of Technological Institute this afternoon.
A small fire broke out in a lab at the Technological Institute at about 4:30 p.m., according to the Evanston fire department.
Fire trucks and ambulances arrived on scene. Firefighters extinguished the fire in a lab on the ground floor of the building and no one was injured, battalion chief Bill Muno said.
The cause of the fire is unclear but relates to electricity, Muno said.
