Catherine Henderson is a junior studying journalism and sociology. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but has fallen deeply in love with Chicago. Outside of The Daily, she works as a research assistant in the School of Education and Social Policy, and she interned for Chalkbeat Chicago and author Helen Thorpe.
