The Off-Campus Town Hall meeting is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Technological Institute’s Ryan Family Auditorium. The meeting, which was set up last week by Dean of Students Burgwell Howard, is open to all NU students to discuss issues related to off-campus living. Howard sent the invitation last Thursday in response to complaints from Evanston non-student residents about heavy, off-campus student partying the weekend of Oct. 8-10. Howard’s first e-mail condemning the behavior was later published on the gossip blog Gawker.
