Career fair brings startups and casual attire

Welcome to The Daily’s photo blog: Captured. This will be a space to share photos by The Daily’s staff as well as photos from members of our community. Students can submit entries to be considered from their classes, vacation or just from around NU by emailing [email protected].

Several student groups, along with University Career Services, hosted multiple startups interested in hiring from Northwestern Wednesday afternoon. Unlike other career fairs hosted by UCS, which are often frenzied affairs featuring suited-up students handing out resumes to as many prospective employers as possible, the event embraced the relaxed atmosphere of startup culture by asking participants to dress casually and to submit digital copies of their resumes online.
