To talk about the POC experience within The Daily and newsrooms across the country, audio editor Cassidy Jackson sat down with Marissa Martinez, a sophomore and opinion editor for The Daily. Martinez and Jackson stand to be the only black-identifying editors for The Daily this quarter, and so they decided to talk about the elephant in the newsroom.
