The Evanston Police Department has concluded their investigation into the incident at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house in May, Evanston police Cmdr. Ryan Glew told The Daily.

A Northwestern student fell from the fourth floor of the fraternity house May 28. Glew said EPD came to this decision after “witness statements, interviews and activities leading up to the incident.”

The student is expected to recover and EPD will not be investigating further regarding the incident, Glew said.
