EPD investigating reports of shots fired at Foster Street and Pratt Court

Evanston Police are investigating reports of shots fired at the intersection of Foster Street and Pratt Court.

An officer on the scene said they had recovered casings in the area, but that they believe there is no active danger as of 12:30 a.m. At least a dozen police officers were on the scene, although most were leaving by 12:30. An officer said they do not believe anyone had been injured as a result of the incident.

Officers were seen searching a dark gray Jeep that had a bullet hole through one window on Pratt Court. Police are continuing to investigate.
