A missing Evanston girl was located in good health on Saturday morning.
Alishianna A. Harris, of the 1600 block of Thelin Court, left her residence in the overnight hours on Thursday, according to a news release.

The 17-year-old was found in Harvey, Illinois, which is about an hour’s drive south of Evanston. Harris was located by the Harvey Police Department after they were contacted by a concerned citizen.

Harris, who is developmentally and intellectually delayed, previously went missing in October and was found in the south suburbs of Chicago. Harris has also left her home unexpectedly before last month’s incident, Evanston police Cmdr. Joseph Dugan said at the time.
