Men’s Basketball: Alex Olah reaches 1,000 career points

Senior center Alex Olah scored his 1,000th career point Monday night against Sacred Heart.
Olah reached the milestone with a two-point basket with 18:09 remaining in the first half.
Olah became the 33rd Wildcat to score 1,000 career points. The last to do so was senior guard Tre Demps, who achieved the mark on March 7, 2015 in a loss to Iowa.
Additionally, Olah is the first true center to attain the mark since Evan Eschmeyer during the 1997-98 season and fifth in Northwestern history.
Olah entered Monday’s game with 996 career points.
