Evanston man reported missing

An Evanston man has been missing since Saturday, according to a bulletin released by the city.

Matthew Milam, 59, left his house in the 2200 block of Foster Street on Saturday and has not been seen since, according to the city. Milam is recovering from a stroke and has other medical conditions that his wife thinks are altering his mental state, according to the bulletin.

Milam, a black man, is 5-feet-8-inches tall, has brown eyes and is bald. Milam was wearing a white T-shirt and black Velcro shoes on Saturday, according to the bulletin.
