McCormick Prof. Adam Goodman has been named the president of Evanston’s Youth Job Center, the organization announced Wednesday.

Goodman is the director of Northwestern’s Center for Leadership. He has served on the Youth Job Center’s board of directors for four years and replaces Karen Hunt, a managing director of Evanston-based First Bank & Trust.

The Youth Job Center, 1114 Church St., provides job-readiness services for teens and young adults.

At NU, Goodman has offered leadership training to both students and faculty. He has also worked with national leadership programs and conducted a national survey of public-sector leaders.
